Had a 36" waist at my biggest now I'm back down to 32" again.. First time since 2011. Damn all my jeans could fit two people.

I'm not talking about what I wear... I'm talking about the physical measurement around my waist. Were you 46" around your waist?


my waist progress probably goes like this:

2008-2011: 31" (didn't get a proper sixpack until 2011 before that I was skinny with flat stomach)
2012: 33" (2012 was the year I started bulking.. Went from ~ 1500kcals/day up to ~ 5000kcals day)
2013: 36" (I quit training and got fat this year)
2014: 34" (comeback in training)
2015: 32" (present day eating roughly 2800kcals/day at 180lbs ish)

Trying to get back down to 31" if not less so like 30". While my shoulder/chest measurement has continously grown from 2008 until today :)

Yeah I was 46" around. Hence why I wore 46" pants

Still small, weak, injured. Hoping to put on 10 lbs to finally hit 200 soonish.
