My ''coach'' says I should be doing like 20kg more in my both my snatch and my c&j based on my squat/dl but I am horrible at putting everything together

Still, your total is really good for someone at your weight, you lift more then I do at like 25kg less bw.
And Aube, I guess the extension is just another word for pull according to fast searches on Youtube.
Otherwise they are extremly similar.
