First time posting a pic ...
I haven't trained in almost 2-3 months + the last 6 months I managed to go to gym 1-2 times per 2 weeks. I'm down 21 lbs.
Let's just say it's the starting point for my restart.
Gotta go get checked my shoulder, cuz as you see in the pic, the bone pops out of my back on the side that is not flexed and it hurts (french press) and really unbalanced in some exercises (pull up, incline bench)
