
sitting between 180-184 as of right now...havent been to the gym as much as i would like to be...but for some odd reasons my lifts are at the best they have been.
stats rn are bench 325x1
ohp 215x1
sumo deads (finaly got the hang of these so im upping the weight now) 350x1 is easy (just making sure my form stayed right)
squats im working with 185 for reps, havent done maxes yet as im not comfortable doing them finally thinking i got the right stance/bar placement. sumo deadlifts before squats definitely help me get good squat mobility
diet has been tough too. not trying to lose weight right now just focusing on cutting out all the bad things ive been picking on since the holidays.
