thought id give a 6 month update; this is dedicated to lightman for all of his help and guidance. guy is a true beauty and i am so glad he put me on the right path. have taken some time off a strict diet right now and eating between 1800-2200 cals but i thought i would share.

beginning pic - was around 170 lbs.
after pic - currently sitting around 147.5

goals; going to keep cutting until that lower belly pouch is completely gone. probably another 5-10 lbs or so.
time line - end of april. about 2 months.
