Good to see that my uneven shoulders are somewhat fixed now thankfully. Arms flexed in first one are about 14, new pics are about 15.5 I believe.

Bench went from about 175 for 5, to 210 for 3 reps of 5 sets.
Squat 195-255
Haven't deadlifted in awhile but added a large amount to my rows.

gg. arms and back are definitely fuller.

Thanks man. I've been hitting arms and back HARD. I have wider hips so I figure by really bringing up my back and shoulders I'll have a much better looking physique.

Your quad sits like that because of your bad postural habits

I actually have quite wide hips, so I try to increase my shoulder and back width as much as possible. You are right though, I do need to work on my core muscles more :)

GG posture standing is:
- Feet shoulder width apart
- Stand with most weight off heels and on the front ball of the foot
- Thighs elongated
- Knees not locked out
- Hips squared
- Abs lightly tensed
- Hands by sides and thumbs NOT rolled inwards
- Shoulders relaxed and pulled back (anatomically speaking; depressed)
- Chin slightly tilted down (Tallest part of you is the upped back of your head)

Mental Cues
- Heels in line with hips, in line with shoulders, in line with ears
- Imagine you're balancing a book on your head
- If there was a string connected from your belt to your top shirt button, it is tight (same thing while sitting down - if you lean forward, it goes loose)

- Dont breathe through diaphragm (breathe into stomach)
