Good to see that my uneven shoulders are somewhat fixed now thankfully. Arms flexed in first one are about 14, new pics are about 15.5 I believe.

Bench went from about 175 for 5, to 210 for 3 reps of 5 sets.
Squat 195-255
Haven't deadlifted in awhile but added a large amount to my rows.

Most of the fat gain was around my waist . Not much on arms and legs.

20 lbs is a bit much for 3.5-4months but can def see some gains in back and arms. gz

I actually started bulking August 1st. So it's almost been 6 months . Those were just the best pics I had
