No...any squat will still put most of the pressure on the knees. You need to be doing a seated activity which transfers most of the weight off the knees and into the trunks of the legs (leg press mostly) I know this sucks, but if you have bad knees, stay away from the squats...front or regular.

Hi this is regarding the supplements..
ive started all these now

CLA - 2 caps 3 times a day with whole food meals
Betagen - 2 scoops pre workout (is it 2 scoops post workout?) 2 scoops in the afternoon and 2 scoops before bed?
Muscle armor - 1 scoop post workout (weight training or even cardio?) and 1 scoop before goin to sleep
BCAA - 4 tablets pre workout (cardio and weight training) and 4 tablets post workout
Lipo6 B - 3 b caps pre workout - (which is always morning as soon as i wake up) 3 b caps in the afternoon


today i took all of these and i had cardio today.. 20 mins is the fixed cardio time i took betagen + bcaa + lipo 6 pre workout and i took my meal 1 hour post workout (4 egg whites , 1 orange , CLA , + bcaa + muscle armor )

Okay I screwed up wit muscle armor n bcaa I shud have had it immediatly post cardio but I waited 1 hour post cardio to have it wit meal egg white n orange. I thought I'd burn more fat by waitin an hour before ingesring anything cos both muscle armor n betagen have exact 5 g carbs..

also , effective today (i started working out with the bfl on 4th july 2009) - i have started having olive oil from today , i use 1 table spoon of it during cooking each of my 3 meals , i cant brown the onions without it haha..

the brand of olive oil im using is brillo - it says extra virgin olive oil.. it has no stats on it but the other brand says 14 g fat in 1 table spoon.. thats 120 calories.. so im consuming 360 more calories a day - i hope i still burn fat i have 35% more fat to kill :D

any better brands in mind which have less fat and more lubricating properties for cooking?


also since im takin so many supplements and 210 grams of protein inside shud i start drinkin more water?

just use any extra virgin olive oil...doesnt matter the brand...stop worrying about the fat and calories of it.

you need to drink 1 gal of water a day, minimum.

ive been drinking 6 litres a day approx , and peeing a lot.. its okay right? i wont lose nutrients etc?

i must lose 35% more body fat.. im not like u guys , im a victim of atkins lol lost 50 kgs and gained 60 kgs after quittin atkins :D
