any better brands in mind which have less fat and more lubricating properties for cooking?
also since im takin so many supplements and 210 grams of protein inside shud i start drinkin more water?
just use any extra virgin olive oil...doesnt matter the brand...stop worrying about the fat and calories of it.
you need to drink 1 gal of water a day, minimum.
