Not much more than 15lbs. It's mostly what makes up that weight that changed lol

Maybe in 2020.

Last time I tried going to the gym regularly it only lasted a few weeks. It felt so off to train with like half the weights I was used to. I felt so fkin weak. Really not fun. I'd have to find something worth training for, because for now I have no fitness goals. I'm just enjoying life.

but one could argue that the gym can only take a matter of 45 min workout 3 days a week, for a shorter workout, but can still make some gains, and be in decent shape

add in time to get rdy, time commuting, its around 2 hours max if u plan it out well

so not too much taken away from "enjoying life"

not trying to be rude

just saying an excuse can always be made for going to gym or not going to gym

I get where he's coming from. I stopped lifting and tried to restart numerous times, but I just wasn't into it. I didnt start lifting again until i got serious about racing dirtbikes.

Pretty much this. I have never shied away from hard work in the gym. Going there casually for no other goal than to just "keep in shape" really isn't a priority.

@Noob: Call it excuses if you like. I lost the will for it. If it ever comes back, I'll hit the gym. Otherwise I could care less about working out.

Its still a task that requires effort.

It's the same as something like reading, we could all read cook books for 2 hours a day and become better cooks. But if you don't care about cooking then it's a burden
