This is not supper impressive but I'm up 10 lbs since I'm back from the summer trip. Back at 178 in 2 months and still pretty lean.
Chest is coming along nicely... I actually started hitting it lol.
Since I'm still staying away from powerlifting meets for a while I might as well go up in weight class. I wonder what I'd look at 93kg/205 lb with abs
