Hit 450x1 dead last week, no vids, just thought id share
This is exactly where I was before i had my hernia surgery, so content with that, 500 is a long term goal, and there are more important things. Really focusing on legs from now on, my leg genetics suck, but I've been doing as much as I can for them, and slowly they are getting there.
It's funny, I literally never deadlift and it just keeps improving, while my legs hardly respond.
Matt Kroc said the same thing. He said one day he looked back through his training records and looked for the common factor while he was stuck with deadlifts.
He found that he had the biggest deadlift changes when he got injured; or rather took time off from deadlifts / worked them in longer intervals.
Was talking to John the other day and he was saying the same thing. That he doesn't conventional deadlift very often.
