actually i out-perform him in everything he said, including aesthetics whenever my cutting phase resumes.

lightman's more solid/thick/tight than most neggas here. plus more knowledgeable on the biomechanics/kinesiology of the lifts than I think anyone

He has a picture of a pretty amazing transformation in a short period of time that floats around.

And I would always take the advice of Lightman over Gsxr, results =/= knowledge to help all.

Plus gxsr openly has admitted he only did what his coaches said so not even his own knowledge.

it doesn't take much intelligence to grow muscle, basically anyone can do it
what needs intelligence is the ability to receive, analyse and criticise info, yet in a manner where you would accept being wrong if you are wrong.
