Awesome comp! Tough WODs!
Cramped up hard in the second WOD, and developed two massive blood blisters after the last one.
Finished 5th out of 15 teams!
First WOD was Amrap style, split the reps however you want, you could not complete a rep if your partner put down the bar.
135lbs for the guys and 95lbs for the girls
1min dead lift
1min power clean
1min front squat
1min push press
1min back squat
1min behind the neck push press
2min walking lunge in the front rack
Second WOD was Murph... You can look it up lol
Third was two 5 min AMRAP's
Partner wall all over a beam (20lbs ball)
Kb snatches while partner locked out over head (24/16kg)
Fourth and last was 12 min cap of 6 rounds
Only performed two bar muscle ups in my life (always used the rings) before this, but we did pretty well considering!
