The comp I'm going to this Saturday is my first Rx comp and second I've ever done. Should be interesting, will provide photos and vids ofc

Awesome comp! Tough WODs!
Cramped up hard in the second WOD, and developed two massive blood blisters after the last one.
Finished 5th out of 15 teams!

First WOD was Amrap style, split the reps however you want, you could not complete a rep if your partner put down the bar.
135lbs for the guys and 95lbs for the girls
1min dead lift
1min power clean
1min front squat
1min push press
1min back squat
1min behind the neck push press
2min walking lunge in the front rack

Second WOD was Murph... You can look it up lol

Third was two 5 min AMRAP's
Partner wall all over a beam (20lbs ball)
Kb snatches while partner locked out over head (24/16kg)

Fourth and last was 12 min cap of 6 rounds
Only performed two bar muscle ups in my life (always used the rings) before this, but we did pretty well considering!
7 GTO (135/95)
7 bar muscle ups
7 HSPU
7 box jumps at 24'

Dude... Fucking awesome man. I'm well aware of what murph is as i've completed it once solo before ;)

Also i do heavy walking lunges in a lot of my routines and.... 2 min @ 135? That's fucking evil.

Kevin's wife's brother was in town with his family and him and his son worked out with us this morning, he tried a 20' box jump and got his shin very first fucking one. Held it like a champ though and did it fine at 20 the rest.

20min AMRAP
3 Hand Stand Pushups
5 box jumps @ 30'
7 Burpee strict pullups ( Smart idea Chris...)
9 kettlebell swings @ 2POOD.

6 rounds and 1 kb swing. Felt off today, and this sucked. Now for a long relaxing day with food and a run later. AND PLATINUM 2 SERIES #YOLO

No WOD! No one showed up after the long weekend, so me and kevin just did Snatch / Power snatch and C&J work.

Slowly worked up to 155 snatch after like 40min and failed.

Started some cleans then jerks, got to 155. Smashed my chin. Completed the rep. Unracked the weight. Pissed me off lol

My crossfit today was a killer, we found out our 1RM for back squats, i maxed out at 295LBS with perfect form and dug just below 90 degrees in the knees.

than we did a ladder every minute on the minute

Back Squats

1st min 1 rep
2nd min 2 reps
3rd min 3 reps
ECT ECT ECT to 12 mins/12reps

I used 155lbs for that

finished off with 3 sets of 500M rows for time, did 2 minutes +/- 3 seconds for each set. :)

now to walk around like i got fucked in the ass :(

Why do you say that? crossfit isnt about being elite, its about personal growth and setting and reaching your goals, every day is a new start, your better than the day before, and not as good as tomorrow!




is it just me or does that not seem very hard? with 155 even doing x12 you are not even near fatigued ? until 10 + you would get done, not be tired, and have 30+ seconds to rest. maybe i should try it but doesnt seem hard. i mean thats 50%ish of your max
