Just because of budget. I want them to last for when they matter most (at school when I'm getting 6 hours a night). Plus when you cycle back on you get more intense dreams IMO.

i haven't noticed any effects, i don't think i'ma buy it again after i go through my 180 caps.

How much are you taking boxa, I mean, if someone is 130 lbs and taking 3 caps; and that you are 230 and taking 3 caps...it might by why !

inb4 ZMA overdose. But seriously, some people just don't get anything from them, I think it has something to do with natural test levels.

I have naturally high levels, but do you think I should try upping my dose to 4 caps?
