Well, I haven't been able to get lifting since school started because I also have work, along with other things. :/
So, I'm a bit smaller (lost about 10-13 pounds of muscle on my body) and gained around 3 pounds of fat.
Still running 8+ miles on most days, though, so I've been able to stay decent. :/
Here is the only shot I got of me (was taken on a laptop at like 1 am. lol).

Track season will be starting soon and I won't be working then, so I can get back into shape for real.
Currently 6'0.25, and about 160 lbs.
Recently had had one of those electrical current tests to check body fat %, was like 9.2%, but the guy said it's probably a little off (high) since it was cold out and I had just come from a big lunch like half an hour ago.
When I get back into real shape my abs have veins running across them like a ripped bicep. ^^
I do 750 crunches every other day when in season.
I'll post some pictures then, and hopefully take them with a better camera quality.
EDIT:
I had some nice numbers last summer when I was about 145-150 lbs.
Bench was 180, squat was 385 and my deadlift was 405. Nice numbers for my weight.
Had just come out of track for Sophomore year and was lifting with the football team for about 1.5 months.
Doing that many crunches is just stupid imo.
