Should of just taken a shirtless pic cause homegym mustard race but oh well
Pretty much took a year off of lifting and ate kinda shitty (not enough protons), lifted like once a week maybe over the past year
Back into the 6 day a week lifting the past two weeks. I'm at this point where I want to lose 10lbs to get more cut and back to where I kind of was. But want to bulk cause so close to 4plate DL/2 plate bench
