Not trying to get swole or ripped--have been working on strength for my basketball season and it's going really well moving into pre-season. I stay relatively low bf because of the endless fuarking cardio.]

honestly, at this point I'm just working out because I enjoy it. I like being lean, and having definition. I have enough strength for job application so I'm happy. Slowly trying to reach that 170+ @ 11-12% bf
