Until you prove this, then I won't believe it. All I've ever asked for is a shred of evidence to go against what I claim. I posted a huge thing on calories and why/how things react and the possible outcomes. You on the other hand continuously say "clueless/10". Good one.

Don't have proof,

Put someone on a contest pripe diet macros coming from fat/sugar carbs to cut vs someone on a real cut macro for a contest prep you will not get the same outcome not even fucking close.....

GSXR you talk too much shit which is why people hop on your nuts. I don't doubt that you have a good load of experience with dieting and lifting and from the looks of it it's worked really well for you. Your body looks ripped from those contest pics I've seen.

Trolloalol you're pompous as fuck, your know-it-all attitude gets tiresome and irritating to say the least. To gain more respect you need an attitude change.

You boys got bad attitudes and in life it's all about attitude, the wrong one can lose respect instantly regardless of your incredible physique and or exceptional knowledge.

Nah trial and error is how I learn, aside from that I have quite a few friends that are certified strength and conditioning coaches/ fitness and wellness majors.

And you know nothing about diet so therefore you can't argue about what a college teaches is bullshit or not about diet :).

are those the same trainers that told you you can gain mass/str by cutting 24/7 and eating 60% prots?

Meh if u even knew anything about body building....

And you sure can gain strength/size on a diet like that,

but body building, as far as diet goes every single person is absolutely different for how food affects there body, but noone should ever be eating candy for there carb/fat macro for cutting or even bulking.....

if you want to look your best/get optimal gains, and carb timing is fucking huge....

what I say is that you cant eat 2000 calories and get all ur carb/fat macros and protein in 1 serving and get the same results as if you had 6 meals through out the day with proper times.

But like I say diet is more opinionated/political than politics for the government.

Meh if u even knew anything about body building.... i know a lot more than you about bodybuilding. you fail to realize the basics of thermodynamics and yet have the audacity to confront me. hilarious

And you sure can gain strength/size on a diet like that, ofc m9te, gaining size on a caloric deficit is possible. 1+1 = 11, regards, gsxr.

but body building, as far as diet goes every single person is absolutely different for how food affects there body, but noone should ever be eating candy for there carb/fat macro for cutting or even bulking..... doesn't change the fact the body can't distribute macronutrients to muscle tear repair / gradual increments in ATP inner cellular energetic storage if it's under a deficit, doesn't matter how gawdly you think your genetics are.

if you want to look your best/get optimal gains, and carb timing is fucking huge.... carb timing. interesting. maybe the first intellectual thing to have spewed from your welder brain. do you even know what it is? do you understand anything about glycemic blood & liver stores? glycogen liver infusion etc? please, elaborate.

what I say is that you cant eat 2000 calories and get all ur carb/fat macros and protein in 1 serving and get the same results as if you had 6 meals through out the day with proper times. yes you can. but you're too ignorant to understand how TEF works.

But like I say diet is more opinionated/political than politics for the government. it's actually plain science. only apes like you manage to take facts as "arguementative points of view"

i hardly know why i bother anymore, but here you go, love.
