Yall don't know but I'm in a powerlifting Hiatus. I'll be working on overall hypertrophy for the time being and focus on increasing my bench press. Oh and I can't squat or deadlift. I'm trying to get a lot of volume from what I can do on my leg day (Leg press,leg curl,leg ext, etc.) but even leg press hurt a little at the very moment. Hopefully it won't be the case in the next few weeks.
I'm recovering for L5-S1 joint inflamation so I don't know exactly when I'll be back but I have 30 ish weeks before nationals so I have plenty of time to recover and work my way up injury free but I'd rather don't rush too much because this is not the type of injury you want to keep.
