pretty much. I'd rather focus on form than using stretchreaflex and get little more reps in.

even though it's hard to have any ounce of focus when you deadlifted 14 000lbs in a single workout. :)

Got 2/6 sets on film from today.
Was really scared I would vomit thanks to eating far to much not to long before.



E: The angles was pretty bad thanks to people training where I wanted to set up the camera :(
