This product is VERY good

i've seen a lot of health food youtube channels recommend hummus (chickpea spreads), but i dont recall ever seeing you recommend it in a diet plan. are they "healthy" or something to avoid? it looks like they have a good unsat:sat fat content, but that's all i know. i was gonna try incorporating it into egg-sandwiches along with guacamole

They are fine, and there is no reason not to incorporate it into your diet if your macros allow it. Chickpeas, even made into hummus, is perfectly healthy and provides a decent amount of complex carbs/fiber as well as some decent micronutrients. The fat content is good and won't hurt you in the least.

I don't usually add it to mealplans, as it is an acquired taste for most. I tend to keep the meal plans basic to appeal to the largest audience.

Hey Raynor, quick question if you have time.

I've been going to the gym @ 4:30am lately before my shift work @ 7 no problem until last couple of days.

After lifting I've been feeling flushed/tingly throughout my upper body and arms for 4-5 hours after I get to work. Kinda feels like I really need to eat something but I tried and it doesn't change the feeling.

Just wondered what you think that could be or why its happening

Raynor would you recommend intermittent fasting? Even whilst I'm on a bulk? I'm just looking to optimise my gains and I've heard nothing but good things about it.

could be numerous things....had you ever felt this way before when working out at different times of the day?

What is your eating/drinking pattern before/during/after working out usually like?

On a bulk, absolutely not, unless you prefer making VERY slow gains. If you goal is to maintain a low body fat %, or assist with cutting, IF is fine.

The reason it isn't good for pure bulking is because it actually prohibits your body's ability to be constantly anabolic.
