Did a bit of sherlocking and I giggled.

You started in July, not October.

You're awful at gauging body fat %. How can you be 10% at 190 but 6% at 175? 6% at 175 would = 164.5lbs LBM, that's not pure muscle, mind you. That's just everything BUT fat. 10% at 190 would gauge you at 171lbs LBM. I hope you're aware that most of your gain in weight is from water and other things, not muscle. Not even you can be that awesome at life to mistaken that.

Un digested food. Muscles filled back with glycogen

as for lifting How bout the first 3 months I even used that benchpress setup it shouldn't even count cause all I did was benchpress and curl 6 days a week for 3 months.

add 3 months to that and Say I Started lifting seriously than.

Also you've been lifting for 1 month and you are trying to argue with people who are certified strength coachs/went to school for stuff for fitness and wellness, and people who have dieted/made nice gains?

Makes good sense go to a different forum your a trolll done with u ;).

you kno why ppl flame you bro?

because of this "my gains shit on 99% of jsps gains naturally anyways" ... Thats almost as bad as "I bench 3x my weight, is that good?"
people would praise u and tell you good job if you didnt pat yourself on the back as hard as you do

Im not saying dont be proud, but dont be arrogant

just imo -_-

Obviously you're gains have been good I don't think anyone is arguing with that.
I (along with a majority of H&F) just see it stupid to not count months. You've still been lifting regardless.
All of us here have had the period of not knowing wtf we were doing it's not like you're the only exception.

Everybody knows 99% of personal trainer certifications are a joke. Most trainers are a joke. What strength coach have I argued with? You're not any kind of coach, haha. The things they teach you in University for nutrition, most of it is a joke.

Unlike you, I read various sources and weigh them out which results in me choosing what I believe is better supported. You, on the other hand, learn solely based on word of mouth.
