Patients will be coming with issues they are seeking assistance with. You do not get psychological patients who do not want help, unless they have been committed, and that is still completely different then talking to d2jsp HnF forum regulars.
When people want help, and are being honest, I will do what I can to help them. My whole purpose of going into psychology was to do something very important in service of my fellow man. I did not join d2jsp health and fitness to serve my fellow man... Quite the difference between me as a psychologist and me as a poster on a forum not pertaining to psychology and/or people with psychological issues.

Then why do you bring psychology into it?

Does it include the benefits of cannabis use or just these isolated cases? Cannabis dependence? Give me a fucking break, these are the same people that would get addicted to baby aspirin given the chance. Do these cases include any statistics? Do they talk about use of cannabis to treat a plethora of mental illnesses?

"Psychological effects though are enough for me to not feel a strong desire for it." - Fair enough, one would think though with you being a master refuter and the sherlock holmes of psychology that you would take the initiative to research it's benefits yourself instead of going by dated texts....revised in 2004? Really? So you have a 6 year gap in the research. A lot can happen in 6 years, 2006 was one of the biggest years in cannabis related research.....

Why was I ignored?

for the record, weed is addicting like food is addicting, it IS physiological. Neither are really addicting its just fucked up people who get hooked on it for the wrong reasons

oh my god.....
Weed is NOT addicting like food is addicting at all. Food is a necessity for the body. Weed is not necessary at all, even remotely. Weed is also used for different reasons and its effects on your psychological state are far more potent than any food.

I'm clean a little over a month, and feel no need/want to smoke.
