This is called the gastrocolic reflex. It is completely normal in healthy individuals. It's basically the body making room for additional food to be digested.

I have a pouch of fat at the bottom of my stomach that I can't seem to get rid of. I'm devoid of any fat except this one area, what's the most effective way of getting rid of it?

will i have any problems drinking 1-2 cup of lemon juice (from a bottle) per day? similarly, what about lime juice?

found a recipe for lemonade (6.5 cup water + 1 cup lemon juice + 1/3 cup stevia in the raw). if i do my math right, that's around 70 calories for 8 cups of drink, which is way lower than natural juice which is 120 cals for 1 cup of drink.

that's roughly 2 tsp stevia per 8 oz, which i'll slowly cut back on....slowly...lol.

(side topic, my cough finally went away on its own before i got around to scheduling a doc appointment)

Continue cutting as usual. In addition, conduct vigorous ab training, at least 3x per week to build muscle in that area and keep the lower abs tight.

That's an awful lot of lemon/lime juice. It shouldn't cause you a problem as long as you are drinking enough water with it.

I started lifting, and sleeping normal hours.

before i used to be a huge video game addict sleeping from like 5am-3pm, or just short 6 hours during the night, now i sleep 1am-9am every day.

The only changes were the addition of exercise and sleeping from 1am-9am? The moment you changed these, you noticed the problem begin?
