no idea why people find your responses so hard to understand.

I'll take a stab at it though. Hasn't balla always been training for hypertrophy? I was under the impression that an ATG squat has more muscle recruitment then a parallel squat, and certainly more than an X" above parallel squat. I could be wrong on either points, but from what i've learned this is what i thought. If I'm wrong about this, what benefits would gain strength/size wise from not doing a full ROM squat?

I have best glutes here and I squat deep. Please respond ;)

The day I'll use big words will be the day you won't be able to conjure up a response. If an English forum is too much for you, reconsider your participation in it.
Good day

Most of the people in this sub-forum don't understand what you say; and I'm not sure what you mean by conjure up a response. Don't turn into Rapscrawn, I actually liked you.

You are right about that statement.
However, the extra few inches into deep mode are not worth the excess patellar strain. Eventually the contractive gain will be slight.
Powelifters need full RoM to meet contest requirements. Hyp trainees do not. This is the sole exercise where the biomechanic disadvantage of the given joint at full contraction offers too much strain in return for its merit.

Not that I'm under any impression a person who squats once every blue moon will see any sort of notable sarcoplasmic gain, but that is a tale for another time.
