At what point does gaining fat turn into vis fat or sub fat?

Lets say you gain 10lbs.. how much would become visceral, and how much sub? Do you get both at the same time? Is it different per person?

Can an obese person have low visceral and have it mostly sub fat? Or can a person have low sub fat and high internal fat? Does sub fat have any health issues, or is it only vis fat that comes with the bad effects>?

Is it true that if you have been cutting for long periods of time your metabolism is going to drop as an adaptation to the low amount of calories you're ingesting?

So if you cut at 1800 cal, your body will now adapt to only burning 1800? no matter your activity level?

And is this video true?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QHHzie6XRGk

You can do metabolic damage?

Yes and No.

You definitely need cheat days, carb ups, rest days, and recomp in order to EFFICIENTLY cut. You also shouldn't just drop your calories low and do serious exercise out of the blue without working towards it. However, for couch potatoes and people who have never worked out before and are used to eating 4000 calories a day worth of junk, they can easily benefit from a massive caloric drop and gradual exercise introduction.

That being said, seasoned lifters (at least 2-3 years experience), should never just drop calories to super-low levels and continue with the same workout routine. It would benefit greatly to be 500-800 cals under BMR + Exercise, and occasionally take a full-on cheat day (once every 2 weeks approx). It's also sometimes good to try a zig-zag approach if you stall out.

As far as metabolic damage goes...I don't believe damage is the proper word - more like ADAPTATION.

The body can adapt to starvation levels and slow down certain processes and allocate energy accordingly. If you are between 500-800 cals under BMR + exercise, this will never happen. Also, occasional carb-ups (if on keto or low carb), as well as full on cheat days, will help replenish your mind and body for more cutting.

can you give this for me to? tho, i want to concentrate around strength and building a nice body. maybe some cardio aswell, as i can't even walk up the stairs at work without nearly killing myself.

173 cm tall
71-72 kgs
19 years old

might have lactose and gluten allergy

At your current height/weight, cutting is not necessarily the answer. It sounds to me like at 5'7, 155 lbs, you'd be better suited to build a strong muscular platform before cutting down.

That being said, this is the closest thing that might work for your goals.

As far as your allergies go....have you been to an allergist yet? If not, please do that before you self-diagnose any allergies.

There is a big difference between the two. Subcutaneous fat is primarily aesthetic, and visceral is obviously much more dangerous, as it can cause multiple health maladies, including certain types of organ damage/failure as well as cancer.

Both are pre-set by your genetics to a degree, with regard to how much/where you gain. HOWEVER, lack of exercise will lead to higher levels of visceral fat, regardless of diet. High calorie diets with high exercise volume can lead to high subcutaneous fat deposits, but usually lower visceral content.

The only way to lose one is to lose both through diet and exercise.

In need of 2 routines. Friend and I about to start.

Routine for losing weight and bulking
Routine for gaining weight and cutting.

If someone could provide what our diets should be, I'd appreciate it.

Can pay if needed. Ty all.

Yes i have, but they couldn't find anything "wrong" with the tests. but it's pretty obvious that i react to milk, as a few days ago, i drank a glass of milk after a loooong period without it, and my stomach felt like fucking hell. And after i quit drinking milk, i started eating alot more bread, and i started to get stomach ache again, and what came out wasn't looking too good.

I think you may have mixed up something. I think you are looking for losing weight AND cutting for the first person, and gaining weight AND bulking for the second one....right?

Assuming this is correct, please provide me with the following for both people:

1. Medical Conditions / food allergies?
2. Full gym access? If so, days per week able to work out?
3. Any foods that you will NOT eat?
4. Prior training experience? If so, what?
5. Daily activity level (without exercise included)? (ie: desk job, construction, etc.)

In order to test this theory yourself, try the following:

1. Drink lactose free milk, see if you have the same result.

2. On an empty stomach, eat 1 slice of WHOLE GRAIN bread with plain water only.

Make sure you do both of these at SEPARATE times (at least 1 day apart), and check the results.

Most likely, you are lactose sensitive, and the wheat gluten just made the situation worse with mild inflammatory response.
