Hi Raynor, I'm thinking about getting an exercise ball for when I'm sitting in the office. Any thoughts?

I've seen some good and bad reviews on using it as a chair replacement.

It won't make you use good posture, you just can't rely on the back of the chair for supportive posture.
In other words, you have 3 options with a chair: ok posture using back for support, good posture without back for support, bad posture with or without back for support.
With exercise ball it's just: good posture without support, or bad posture without support

So if I have ok posture, would you recommend sticking with the chair?

Yeah you can practice good posture in both, it's mostly motor patterning tbh. If you have a lack of strength thats resulting in kyphosis you are a seriously miniscule and sedentary adult human imo

So if I fix the rep scheme for the one I picked it would be your best recommendation?

For a chair replacement, don't waste your time. Constantly putting stress on all of your muscles, specifically back and abdominals, will get old really fast.

Instead, look into a good ergonomic chair, and just try to stand up often and walk around between working.

Hey man,

Just bugging you for the 1000th time here:

Any exercises that emphasize on bicep thickness rather than peak?

Raynor can you explain why hypertrophy is better than strength while on a cut? Thanks.
