i was just making a point, but im still not sure what you're trying to argue. yes there may be slight variation in fat deposition but its not significant enough to make someone appear drastically different from another of the same body composition. i keep seeing a lot of "everybody's different" and "we all have unique and individual body mechanics" etc etc but we really dont. all non-pathological bodies will physiologically respond to weight training similarly, will see the same sort of changes in body comp from a specific eating regime, and will have the same body mechanics within some very small margin of error
I understand that, but the example you gave of "storing 20lbs in calves" was a bit extreme and stated that a 5 lbs of body fat is enough to make an aesthetic difference on that level especially if one holds it around their waist vs legs or back, I could be wrong, do we even know what 5 lbs of fat looks like on a body .
