Despite Balla's ballaness, his form and depth, especially lordosis control at the parallel phase, were admirable, which is far more important in load maintenance upon the actual target muscle than the quadratus lumborum and patellar overstrain, as most ATG squatters are prone to overly engage, and a substantial number of parallel squatters as well, unfortunately.

Moreover, ATG is not a pre-requisite for his type of training. If anyone would like to argue the biomechanism of the squat, I'll be more than happy to oblige.

The day I'll use big words will be the day you won't be able to conjure up a response. If an English forum is too much for you, reconsider your participation in it.
Good day

no idea why people find your responses so hard to understand.

I'll take a stab at it though. Hasn't balla always been training for hypertrophy? I was under the impression that an ATG squat has more muscle recruitment then a parallel squat, and certainly more than an X" above parallel squat. I could be wrong on either points, but from what i've learned this is what i thought. If I'm wrong about this, what benefits would gain strength/size wise from not doing a full ROM squat?
