you obviously dont "do" english either, because although you try to type properly and professionally, you dont do a great job of it. i agree with thanatos as well. you give out all sorts of advice regarding psychology and say that no one else knows what they're talking about when it comes to peoples thoughts and the way they react with the people around them [whatever psychology is about, im not really interested in it]. by the sounds of things, you've only taken a few courses on the topic yourself, so i dont see how you could have much of any of the things you listed here that "knowledge" supposedly consists of.
Actually, most of the time I do not try to type properly and professionally. I really do not have time to do so. The only time I am on here is when I am eating the rest of the time I am studying/going to the gym/class. I give advice that is backed by reason and facts, other people give advice that is backed by opinion and "commonsense psychology", so yes I do think that they are wrong 90% of the time when they use this method of explaining themselves. Opinions hold no weight whatsoever in comparison to reason and empirical evidence. I have also taken somewhere in the area of 10 psychology classes, and all of them very important classes for the major. I have also made a 4.0, usually above a 95 in all of my psychology classes, and as one of my professors once said, your grade is the indicator of your mastery of the subject. Therefore, I do think that the mastery of 10 undergraduate psychology courses has put me a big leap ahead of those people who decide to argue psychology, and think they know more on the particular subjects than myself.
Knoxri, plenty of people appreciate a "know it all". Would you like to have someone who does not know very much to be giving you important advice? If you would choose someone who is kind over someone who is intelligent then I pity you. Kindness is good for friendship and family, not for professional work or studies.
