Hey raynor,

Ive been bulking for about a month now after my cut, how do i minimize my face being bloated on a bulk. Last bulk  this happened and it has deter me from going all out on this 2nd bulk. it seems as tho no matter how slow i bulk, 100 cal,200,500 , my face is always the first place to appear fatter
Also, what should my f/c/p ratio be on a bulk

Unfortunately genetics determines where and how much fat is stored. This is just something you are stuck with because of your particular set of genes. However, to really combat this, if you were to cut down to a VERY low level, around 6-7% BF, when you bulk it will probably not be nearly as noticeable. Your bulk/cut areas will just have to drop lower, IE: Bulk at 6% BF, and cut at 14% bf.

edit:

a 35/35/35 is a good ratio to follow. Also 40/40/20 is good as well. Some people even have better luck with 40/30/30. But you get the idea.

ok so do you think in order to make my dieting simpler i should just add more carbs to my meals?? i originally counted the calories when i first wrote up my meal plan and its like 2500-2900 calories. it was about 200g of protein 120 g of fat and 280 g of carbs

i can pm you a pic so you can get a rough estimate of where im at

I wouldn't do all carbs...I would maintain a good blend, such as 35/35/35 or 40/40/20 or 40/30/30.

Also, avoid sugars unless it's post workout.

As far as a pic, you can PM it.

to clarify
5"9
170lb

I hardly ever eat fish (unless out at a seafood restaurant)

I just upped my intake to:
1200mg (3 kirkland fish oils) + 1400mg 3-6-9 (1 flaxseed oil)
twice a day once right after breakfast and once right after dinner

is this too much?

In general, sugar is to be avoided as much as possible, except for immediately post workout. That being said the complex carbs would be a better selection throughout the day. Take in sugar sparingly.

2 omega-3 capsules with every meal would be optimal. You won't have any issues with the amount you are taking.

Just remember to keep your actual daily fat intake proper, which should be in the area of at least 60g, and a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio (OR BETTER) of unsaturated fats to fats. IE: olive oil has around 14:1 ratio of unsaturated to saturated fats, which is SUPERB!
