U get butthurt and challenge.
I could post a video of the first time I attempted 250 (was like in April) and I get up about 3/4s and fail lol. But I went on to get it a few days after this no problem.
Since then I've been doing more hypertrophy type training is the thing. So I don't know what I could get.
