I hate to even ask but I would like another opinion on HGH. Even if my numbers I'm lifting don't go up, I want bigger arms. Looking at the side effects for HGH, it doesn't seem like there's anything on the list I don't experience on a daily basis(for years now) anyway, with the exception of water retention because I don't fully understand what that is.

Supposedly the side effects go away after you take it, and there aren't any long term side effects or permanent damages. Is this true?!

In the short term, the first doses is where you see the biggest gains, and it stays with you until you stop being active, then the gains taper off but are still more than you would get without it.

My thoughts are that I can take it for two 5/3/1 cycles and SWOLE up while swoling up, then maintain and swole up naturally after that like I have been doing with minimal visible swoleness, even tho I'm getting stronger every day.

http://www.somatropin.cn/effects

According to that site (and other sites) the side effects are:

carpal tunnel; I already occasionally have grip issues, picking up a milk jug in the morning, as well as random tingly feelings in different areas, my legs seem to fall asleep faster than I think they should(possibly just getting old?)

Baby naps; I take short naps 10-20-30 minutes all the time, it's how I get most of my sleep.

Deeper sleep; it doesn't get much deeper, I will sleep through WWIII when the canadians attack.

Hypoglycemia; might be unrelated but several times a day I will get hunger attacks, even eating 2,500 cals a day on workout days.

Morning aches; I'm a deckhand working on US Western Rivers, I can tell you some horror stories about morning pains. A good reason I don't sleep 6-8 hours straight is to avoid the stiffness and aches associated with sleep lol.

As far as the cancer goes, I don't have any yet, who really knows about that stuff anyway.

I am basically trying to tell myself it's ok and there isn't anything to worry about if I took a series of <relatively> small doses to get long term effects.

Can you argue against it and tell me why I would not want to take it?

You are basically on point with what they make us do, they also include a lot of hiking with gear on. I own a 50lb vest, when you say + 25lb plate do I just hold it infront of me? I don't have access to dummy's but to sleds and prowlers. I would like a customized plan but I do not have access to the curriculum.
I found this online for smoke jumpers(a type of wild land firefighter) which is ultimately what I want to do. Note this the minimum
" Candidates must do seven pull-ups/chin-ups, 45 sit-ups, 25 push-ups, and a 1.5 mile run in less than 11 minutes"

OK given the nature of your necessities, continue with my original plan outline that I gave you, however I'd really like you to add a circuit of the pushups, situps, chinups, and the 1.5 mile run, 3x per week. You will need to perform this to the BEST of you ability 3x per week, separate from your other training. In addition, each week (3 sessions), you will strive for at least 10-30 seconds off of your weekly best time. Push yourself to maximum exertion each time and you will make massive progress on that circuit.

Few things

(1) I eat a pretty big breakfast after (5 egg whites, 3 eggs, oatmeal), should I still add in a protein shake to all that... and if so should it be the normal 2 scoop 60g protein or something less/more?

and

(2) What are BCAA's and how would they help me? Also what kind would you recommend.

Thanks brotha

No protein shake needed with that.

Secondly, Branch Chain Amino Acids - they will help prevent your body from catabolizing muscle tissue when in a low glycogen environment.

Also what is the truth in this? Seems to make sense.

I'm trying to find other ways of HIIT in the morning besides running on an eliptical/treadmill, so I want to do something outside like sprints etc.

Theoretically it's fine, however doing a mild jog or fast walk between sets of sprinting is also fine. As long as you recover within 2-4 minutes for the next set, you're fine.

Technically, the more exercise you do, with regard to something between sprint sets, the more calories will be burned.

HIIT should be conducted POST workout or first thing upon waking (on a fast) for maximum benefit

First he needs to fix his diet, and secondly he needs to get into a basic exercise program.

This would be a good diet to start with as a sample. He basically needs around 2,500 cals per day, with at least 200g of protein.

2,500 cals (approx)

Meal 1 - 3 whole eggs + 5 egg whites + green peppers and onions + 3/4 cup oatmeal (uncooked volume) + handful of mixed berries (any)
Meal 2 - 6 oz grilled chicken + 1 cup cooked brown rice + 1 large salad + 1 tbsp olive oil + vinegar
Meal 3 - 2 slices whole grain bread + 1 can of tuna + 1 oz of 2% cheese + 1tbsp mayo + veggies (tuna sandwich)
Meal 4 - 6 oz grilled sirloin steak 90/10 or leaner (trim off the fat) + 1/2 cup black beans + 1/2 cup brown rice + veggies + 1 tbsp olive oil
Meal 5 - 40g protein shake + handful mixed berries + 1 slice whole grain bread w/ 1 tbsp peanut butter and 1 tsp jelly
Meal 6 - 3/4 cup of 2% cottage cheese + 1tsp heavy cream + handful mixed berries + 10 almonds + cinnamon to taste

As far as exercising goes, he needs to start with this:

Bodyweight exercises

And eventually he will need to get a gym membership or home equipment.

Also a good abs routine::

So BCAAS before fasted cardio or before a workout? And how much?

Post workout instead of Pre-workout?

Also I read that fasted cardio would be better in a low intensity type thing, but you think HIIT is better?

OR

Is it better to do the low intensity cardio in a fasted state and then HIIT later before/after the workout?

Good Evening.

Before we go any further, taking Synthetic Growth Hormone, without a prescription, is illegal, and thus can not be discussed, encouraged, or debated on JSP per the site policy.

However, I will advise you of this -

Synthetic GH injections will ultimately yield your body becoming dependent. In addition, you will greatly increase the rate of growths, including that of malignant cancerous growths, and can also promote internal organ damage. If used regularly, you will see significant structural changes in certain parts of your body, such as your face/jaw and hands. You may also cause hormonal issues in the body which can negatively affect your mood and lead to depression, anger, etc.

If you are looking to NATURALLY increase your GH levels, and reap the benefits therein....look here:

PRE-BEDTIME STACK FOR GH

NOW! GHB (1 capsule)
NOW! Arginine + Ornithine (4 capsules)
NOW! DOPA Mucuna (2 capsules)
Optimum Nutrition Melatonin (1 tablet)
Optimum Nutrition BCAA-1000 (4 capsules)
NOW! Vitamin C-1000 (1 capsule)
Optimum Glutamine Capsules (4 capsules)

Take all of these with approximately 12 oz water right before bed.

In addition, you will want to do lots of compound exercises at the gym including squats, clean and press, and deadlifts. These exercises accentuate your GH levels tremendously.
