I was just flamed for my 190kg squats (or my squats in general). What's wrong with them?

your back is a bit too forward if you ask me. Doesn't it hurt your back when you squat ?

This is what I was thinking... seems like it'd put much pressure on the lower back and at that angle you could probably fall forward.

Actually I just noticed that it's really hard to tell at that angle with those 2 dudes o.O it might not be bad, got another picture?

stationary bike at very high resistance - excellent workout for the legs as well as cardio.

ok two things I noticed.

First of all, you have 2 spotters blocking the camera from me fully being able to make a solid judgement about your form.

secondly...your back is a BIT too far forward...but not enough for it to be a "flamable offense" lol. I did however also notice that it seems like you are barely hitting 90 degrees....let alone ass-to-grass form (which is the best idea for squats...even if you have to reduce the weight).

if you want your squat form properly critiqued, a video would be the best idea overall if possible. if not, a few clean photos at the top, middle, and bottom of the squat without spotters would help.

wow dude you're lucky you can do squats..... i can only do the quad machine exercises .... the ones that you do sitting and the ones that you do semi lying down with a huge foot plate near you....

why is that, just no access or wat

yeah the cross trainer is just like that , im mostly using my leg muscles and also my back and arms.. i did lower body the other day and my ass started to hurt like hell... it was my 1st time with a trainer in the gym , he made me do the leg machine instead of the quad machine... while pushing the plates forward i used all my strength.... now my ass is sore :D

•Trains cardiovascular system
•Improves respiratory capacity
•Reduces adipose tissue
•Complete training of legs and upper body parts (Total Body)

Question: if i do cardio on this machine (every alternate day of the week except free day) - i won't be overtraining my muscles right? because it says total body...

i think im buyin one of these cross trainers for home too , getting a good deal with the massage chair..

I cant run , when i run something happens to me.... i weigh too much i guess , so i use this for now until i lose like 20 kgs..

I plan to start supplementing with creatine ,hmb and glutamine ,CLA, i also want to start with a good fat burner , which ones are good? and how often should i take them? The directions on the label are not very clear..

I cant even do 1 pushup... let alone a squat , i find it easier using those machines.... i am not strong enough i just started working out ... thats nothin to do with access lol? squats need only dumbells and barbells , if a gym has QUAD and leg machines , im sure they would have dumbells and barbells lol..

EDIT #2 : 7777 posts :D

So for now i am just doin the body for life programme.... i have many choices for each muscle group.. bodyforlife is good for newbies like me:D unless you have a better programme?

You're using to much weight...you aren't going low enough and you're leaning foward to much..drop the weight down..and get your form correct...you need to go atleast 90 degrees, if not ass to grass.
