And I could also add at least 50lbs to  my squat with ballas depth vs my ATG
As I could also add probably 100 lbs to my deadlift  with ballas deadlift form .
However you won't see me lifting with ballas form.

In this forum, It seems that Any lift done with "light weight" the form is never good enough
Then when anyone does a "heavy weight"  the form doesn't matter .

Funny you lift such impressive numbers balla,  yet you have no core/ abs.
Perhaps you should switch from doing the "scaredi cat" deadlift and start engaging your abs/ core Into the lift ...

i'm almost tempted to do the squat. but i ain't gonna mess with my back on a deadlift like that.

remember jordan was squatting 225 with half rom, then he went ATG and could only do 135?

Lol @ these dodges. Forever irrelevant.

Anyways truth be told I'm known for only going at least parallel or even below on an older one. I was just scared because I've never went over 455 and its heavy as fuk. I could EASILY hit parallel and still squat this much, there's no discussion of that as its fact.
