Still waiting for you to describe those 4 cannabis cases to me.

do not feel like writing out descriptions for each one but these are their titles in the DSM- IV

Cannabis dependence a b and c
cannabis abuse
cannabis intoxication
cannabis intoxication delirium
cannabis induced psychotic disorder with/ w/o delusions
cannabis induced anxiety disorder
cannabis related disorder NOS(not otherwise specified)

All clinically diagnosable mental illnesses due to the use and misuse of cannabis

In psychological terms it is just as bad as cocaine, alcohol, nicotine, or amphetamines. In physiological terms of course it is different and I am not saying anything on that as I have not researched in depth the physiological effects of marijuana.
Psychological effects though are enough for me to not feel a strong desire for it. However, using it once and awhile, and I mean maybe once every half a year or so is not out of the question.

Uhhhh no this is the official Diagnostics and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders used by all practicing therapists and clinical psychologists in America.

EVERY psychologist or therapist will use this book when diagnosing someone with an illness or disorder. This is also recently written in 2000 and revised in i think 2004, so it is not ancient or unchanged psychological concepts, it is all recently researched and reviewed.

Only "sponsor" it would have would be the American Psychological Association, which is the group who oversaw the production of the book. Written by the leading and most elite group of psychologists in the country.

Does it include the benefits of cannabis use or just these isolated cases? Cannabis dependence? Give me a fucking break, these are the same people that would get addicted to baby aspirin given the chance. Do these cases include any statistics? Do they talk about use of cannabis to treat a plethora of mental illnesses?

"Psychological effects though are enough for me to not feel a strong desire for it." - Fair enough, one would think though with you being a master refuter and the sherlock holmes of psychology that you would take the initiative to research it's benefits yourself instead of going by dated texts....revised in 2004? Really? So you have a 6 year gap in the research. A lot can happen in 6 years, 2006 was one of the biggest years in cannabis related research.....

Cannibis shouldn't be illegal imo. All those other drugs are cooked up in labs etc. Making a naturally occurring plant illegal is complete bs. Seems like it's actually hindering my rights as a human being. And I'm not even a big smoker just once in a while.

Hey, I am not against it being legalized, I just do not think it presents more positives than negatives. Everything in proper moderation though is fine with me, including alcohol, cigarettes, etc...
