Thanks! Any brand you reccomend for BC amino acids? Ill have to order em online..

great!
just got back from a 20 min hiit workout.. killed out 200 calories..was sweating like a dog during and after workout.. i notice the sweat starts to drop faster when you stop and walk back home... waitin for 1 hour before eating so i lose more calories/fat (little muscle too i guess)
Then will be eatin the 4 egg whites and 1 banana..

waiting 1 hour after cardio before eating is good for fat loss right? my main goal is fat loss , i also want to build muscle.

oh for the hiit i am doing the cross trainer - i think thats the machine that looks like a ski thing..

intensity level 6 for 3 mins , then 8 for 1 , 10 for 1 , 12 for 1 , 14 for 1 , then back to 8 and so on , on the 18th minute i reach intensity 16 for 1 min - thats my high point..

did such a good lower body workout yesterday.... and did cardio today , i must have lost a lot of hard earned muscle.. i didnt have bcaa in stock , i'm ordering them online now..

wow dude you're lucky you can do squats..... i can only do the quad machine exercises .... the ones that you do sitting and the ones that you do semi lying down with a huge foot plate near you....
