thanks bro, I used to think my shoulders were my weakest point. I used to always be weaker than all my buddies in shoulder exercises and to this day, I mostly am (except the ones who don't really lift ofc) but I have noticed gains in size at least

This was a push day (chest/tricep/shoulder) My shoulders often get neglected as I'm so exhausted after chest/tri, I try to compensate in the weekend if I make it to the gym
and ironically, my triceps are my strongest point IMO. got a couple of friends whose arms look bigger than mine but one has smaller (41cm) and the other has same size (43cm) I figure its because they have better biceps but worse triceps that makes the illusion of appearing bigger.
