As I could also add probably 100 lbs to my deadlift with ballas deadlift form .
However you won't see me lifting with ballas form.
In this forum, It seems that Any lift done with "light weight" the form is never good enough
Then when anyone does a "heavy weight" the form doesn't matter .
Funny you lift such impressive numbers balla, yet you have no core/ abs.
Perhaps you should switch from doing the "scaredi cat" deadlift and start engaging your abs/ core Into the lift ...
