It's incredibly cold where I am. I currently have one of these below but in black, Im looking to add one other jacket for variation, so its not the same day after day, so I guess im asking if there are any other styles, that you would recommend/ sites, I liked the middle one you posted on the first page of this topic, but didnt see a link

http://www.menswearhouse.com/mens-clothes/mens-outerwear/mens-raincoats/t-tech-waterproof-b-t-woolcoat-708M708N17

and a burton snow jacket from a few years ago, but other then skiing I dont see much use for it anymore

Middle one I posted is a pea coat variation.
It's one of the most timeless jackets you can get. So it's a good long term investment. This also means they are extremely popular so if being different is important to you, it's not the best route. For cold winters, it's a great option though.

If you decide not to go with your current choice, these 3 types are also good options:
The brown leather,
Green tommy hillfiger (this style)
or black parka with fur hood (fur is trendy so this may not last as long as you'd like)
(found here)
http://www.th.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/en/th***/search/mens/winter

In terms of pant size, it shouldn't change too much. I went from 150-170 without changing waist size. I think I might go up from 30 to 31 or 32 once I hit 185. Don't worry about that too much.

Welcome good sir.

Here are the pics from the link that failed. There are definitely nicer jackets but that's to give an idea of the style.

One more question, and it may not be the most intelligent one, what would be the hierarchy of clothing brands as in Armani>Brooks Brothers> then Jos A Banks> Ect..

Is there such a thing? I know names dont hold much bearing on looks, but names such as Brooks Brother seem to draw my attention more opposed to looking at something from Guess or Kenneth Cole

Is it sticker shock, or is there something more to it?

I like your thread, you have a nice, fresh style.

Very similar to mine and people may say style is an opinion but I get looked at quite a bit. (not to be to cocky, I know I'm not jesus or anything)

My girlfriend gets very jealous and protective over me and she's beautiful, haha.

There is no such thing.

The first pea cote you posted is absolutely gorgeous. Great pic.

Other 2 are pretty nice as well, my preference is the first.

Alright last thing before I place my order!

Currently walk around campus with my black north face backpack, thinking about moving on to something more mature and seeing that I am graduating and 6 months I think this a good time to do so, what do you think of this bag, does it fit with the pea cot3 or a sport coat combo for a 22 year old or should i be looking at something different? Thanks Juice!

Oh its $90 (1/2 off) which seems like a solid deal to me but I may be wrong

That's a great bag. My only light criticism is the branding on the front, but for $90, you can't go wrong. Brown bag with black coat is good.

I rock shoes with shorts all the time brah. I would wear flip flops on occasion, but I'm really not a fan of showing off my feet
