-20 hang clean 135 lb
-40 pistol squats
-60 wall ball 20 lb
-80 double under

Finisher
-max push up chest to ground
1 min rest
-max ring dips

Hang Cleans suck. 245 is a decent lift though. GZ.
Was practicing weighted pistols earlier today with a 35lb kettle bell, definitely adds some difficulty

He means you are able to lift heavy and still be able to run a mile in under 5 minutes. An "Athlete". Not a fat boy or scrawny kid on a treadmill

Edit: There are few who fit the "Athlete" label in this forum. You're one of them is what i assume he was pointing out

Not there yet haha kinda short on cash to pay 1k+ on a crossfit year. Until i get a teacher contract at least.
