20 inches to 25 inches is bad for one year's worth of squats? Sorry I can't live up to your high standards of growing 6 inches or more within a year of squatting. I never bragged about my legs, I even commented on this forum I find it weird that my friends think my quads are huge when I feel they are small. (but they workout and theirs are 21" that's why)
I admit my legs could be bigger, and I do believe they'd be at 26-27" if only I had started squatting (and doing legs in general) two years before. Spent two years being an upper body warrior thinking.. no ones gonna see my legs anyways.. lol.
