well i stopped the cut at 185 lbs.. then maintained and gained some water weight to like 190 lbs.. that was 3 weeks ago.. well this is the 3rd week of the bulk now.. and im like 195 lbs myself haha. im trying to go up slow as hard as possible! im running like 2-3 days a week as well

but anyways squatted 315x4 today :D up 20 lbs.. awww yeah.. i feel like i could've did more but something weird happened and i like lost balance and barely got the last one up so i just stopped

I thought it would of been easier, reverse didnt go as well as I planned. Hunger was high, and metab was low

I was gaining weight on 2500cals -_- Not worth being lean, I like eating like a champ.

I'll be running a mini cut before this year ends to put me at about half way to contest prep ( about 175-180lbs) That wat I dont have to have a prolonged diet of 40 + lbs and lost shit ton of strength.

My right arm measures up at 17" again. Left is still slacking at 16.5 and this is cold ofc.

wtf.. that's not even right.. i miss being 17" arms(not fat though) im at 16" right now :(
i guess they'll get there in due time lol.. i just gotta be patient and not try to gain 30+ lbs in like 2 months again

yea, They'll get there

Im banking on the possibility that I actually had muscular growth even while cutting due to the strict diet / higher protein than my dirty bulk....

Even tho im about the same weight as b4, I feel like I have a bit more muscle mass and less fat. :thumbsup:

Like, I used to have a nice bubble butt that chicks loved, but now I dnt even have a butt!! (nohomo)

you think so? hard to think that really especially after getting weaker.. losing alot of weight + getting weaker im sure means some muscle loss.. like i figured i did. well im pretty sure i did.

and lmao.. that'd be nice.. i seem to get it all in my lower stomach/legs... especially like the top of my legs.. but i never hold that much in my back even when i was pretty fat lol
