Do you recommend any protein powders?

Has to be WPI or Hydrolized. Looking for high quality products, but I don't wanna get ripped based on marketing.

Thanks man.

What do you think about this new product;

All that product is...

is trumped up, overpriced HMB (hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate)

Does HMB work? Certainly! If you take enough HMB, you can potentially see increased muscle volume with proper training/diet over a group of people NOT using HMB. However, it is expensive, and the increased gains are mild.

Muscletech is notorious for overhyping products, overpricing products, making false claims, etc.

Look into Optimum Nutrition HMB for a better overall price.

My knees have been killing me when I'm doing cardio (on the elliptical), any things you can recommend for cardio that would be easy on my knees?

If the eliptical is hard on your knees, that puts you in a difficult position. Have you tried the recumbent bike? If so, does that also put excess stress on your knees?

The only proper option for cardio would then be swimming, which is the best of all for joint health.

Hey um I just noticed the uncooked vs cooked difference in food.
I get a pound of ground turkey, divide it into 4 close to equal looking parts when cooking them, I just weighed one now and one was 2.5 oz and other one was 3oz.
The serving size says 4oz, so am I still getting the full macros from it? even tho they are no longer 4oz.

COOKED weight is the weight that you are consuming. That is the weight you need to be measuring macros. However, most of what is lost in cooking is fat and moisture. Protein content changes, but only slightly.

Here is an example:

ok to add fat free cheese to broccoli?? if it fits my macros. I have a hard time eating broccoli but I want to add it to my diet as long as adding cheese does not ruin it being healthy.

also are frozen veggies ok? I get frozen veggies all the time

Use regular cheese. Secondly, try using grated romano cheese instead for even lower calories, but great flavor.

Frozen veggies are OK...but not as good as fresh.

You recommend green tea for someone trying to lose weight?

If so, how much a day?

Hi friend.

I dirty bulked for 2 and a half weeks because I went back to visit grandparents and grandma is lvl 99 cook.

In that time I gained 5 kgs at least.

I also moved from 14 kg dumbells to 22 kg dumbells gradually over the 2 weeks on military press (I was really weak when cutting lol).

105--->135 kgs on back pull down

many exercises that I used to do 3 sets of 8 I did 5 sets of 10 by the end of 2 weeks

belly fat (which I am really scared of) became also very clearly visible so out of those 5 kg some is ofc fat

now im eating sauteed chicken and rice here and asking - are the lifting gains (epic strength and most likely nice muscle) worth the belly fat and feeling ugly and fat like I used to feel all my life?

I know that if I keep bulking (no longer dirty and no longer unlimited... say 4k in the style you recommended before) I will become a monster in gym but I have a tendency to get fat.

Will I get rid of it by doing morning runs as u said? It is a lof of fat imo.

But I dont really want to sit on maintain because strength gains are epic and I feel fucking powerful.

Also, I bought jack3d green apple :)
