What's the cheapest protein source?
Im thinking chicken maybe?

Would it be cheaper to buy regular eggs and just balance out the yolk so will be no yolk?
3/4 cups from my carton = 4 eggs, would 4 regular eggs be about the same amount?

My carton costs 4$ which lasts 5 days.

What's the difference in doing cardio in the morning before eating vs cardio with my workout in the afternoon?

Cardio on a fast is typically more efficient at burning fat, as your glycogen stores are already partially depleted, and your body is also catabolic. As a result, some BCAA's, and fasted cardio, will result in optimal fat loss. PWO Cardio is also good, as your glycogen stores are also depleted at this time. Typically you will have less glycogen stores after 12 hours or so of not eating, vs 1-1.5 hours of typical lifting.

Electronic machine thingy. How wrong do they go? I am soft lol

E: she retested it too and was same

Electronic BF measuring devices are usually not very accurate. Depending on how you hold them, and how far from your body can give you a different reading each time. Regular calipers and/or an underwater test would be optimal.

Eggs are typically the cheapest form of NUTRITION per calorie, but in terms of total protein, chicken is the cheapest. You can usually get cheap frozen chicken breast for around $1.99 / lb, which contains approximately 140-150g protein (per pound).

As far as eggs go, stick to whole eggs, buy in bulk if you have to. The carton of pre-mixed eggs is generally an inferior product.

If your calories allow it, the yolk is fine.

My knees have been killing me when I'm doing cardio (on the elliptical), any things you can recommend for cardio that would be easy on my knees?

Hey um I just noticed the uncooked vs cooked difference in food.
I get a pound of ground turkey, divide it into 4 close to equal looking parts when cooking them, I just weighed one now and one was 2.5 oz and other one was 3oz.
The serving size says 4oz, so am I still getting the full macros from it? even tho they are no longer 4oz.
