btw some say cardio machines calorie counters are wrong, how should I know how much I should eat back? lets say I burned 500 cals based on the calorie counter on bike
how inaccurate would it be? so I know not to eat more then I even burned

VERY good question. Most calorie counters are FAIRLY accurate if you input your correct height/weight/age, and keep your heart monitored the whole time. They are usually within ~50 cal or so.

Assuming you have a machine that doesn't measure ALL of the above, of the equipment appears to be subpar or damaged, refer to this list:

I was pretty sure you would need my current info, I had an appointment setup but something got in the way.  I don't know when I will be able to figure it out.
If a goal weight would be good enough, I'd like to cut to like 175-185 area.  If I had to guess my BF% I would say 25-30%.

Another quick question; As a beginner I don't understand a lot of supplements, and what is good to take at a start etc.  What would you recommend for Fat Loss + Muscle Growth?
Currently I have C4 Preworkout but I only take that on days where I feel like shit going into the gym, and I'm looking into Cellucor's Super HD.  Also I have Protein but haven't started using it yet waiting till I graduate to get a steady schedule going.

Also what would you recommend for a multivitamin?

The diet I provided will be sufficient then.

As far as supplements....

NOW! Adam (multivitamin)
GAT Jet Fuel (Pre-workout and for energy on days off - assists with fat loss)
NOW! Super Omega 3 (EFA's, take 2 with meals, 3x per day)
NOW! D-3 5,000 iu (take 1x per day)

For protein powder...I recommend Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Natural.

Hello BIG RAY

I've always had a stubborn chest (especially upper part), therefore I'm trying to put on some mass. Although I would also like to increase my bench press. What would be optimal in your opinion? IIRC it is not easy to do both at the same time right? :P

I currently train chest twice a week, doing 4 sets for each exercise

Push 1:
BB Bench Press 185x6
DB Inclined Press 70x6
Cable Cross over 10 reps
Tricep pull down 10 reps

Push 2:
Inclined BB Press 135x10 (3 seconds negative)
Military Press 65x8
DB Lateral Raises 20x10
Pec Deck 10 reps
Skull Crushers 10 reps

Stubborn Chest Guide

I have seen in one of your comments after the guide that the goal is basically to keep the blood pumping in the chest throughout the day, but does it have to be done by push ups or can I do flies as well? I have done 10 sets of push ups yesterday, 10 sets as well today and I did get a good pump but my shoulders are really sore as well today. I try to keep them out as much as possible but they just engage too easily and kind of feel the incoming shoulder injury if I keep going? :s

Either way, I won't give up on that chest :p that motherfucka will grow someday ahah

If you tend to have shoulder issues, especially soreness, and want to keep the chest pump going, you can certain substitute flies or any other chest exercise that focuses directly on the chest and minimizes shoulder engagement.

So the multivitamin take 1 per day (In the morning?)

Omega 3 take 2 with meals (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)
D-3 5000 (In the morning?)

Hey Raynor,

Do you know of any specific shampoos that make hair look thicker? Or perhaps any other way of making hair look thicker?

Thanks.

It depends on what NOW! Adam you get...tablets are 1 per day with a meal, preferably breakfast. The softgels are 2 per day, you can take 2 at once with a meal, or 1+1.

Jet fuel should be taken approximately 20 minutes before working out with around 16-20 oz of water. On days off, take 2-3 capsules if you need a boost midway through the day. Alternatively, you can take the jet fuel immediately upon waking up with at least 20 oz of water, then do morning fasted cardio, for increased fat loss.

D3 can be taken in the morning with food, correct.

Omega 3 is also 2 caps, 3x per day, with meals....so yes, breakfast, lunch, dinner is fine.

I would look for chicken that is not repacked with chicken broth and contains no additives. Even if it's frozen, that would be fine. I would look into BJ's, Costco, or Sam's club...as these places tend to have really good prices on good quantities of meat, frozen and fresh.

My major concern with meats is additives, hormones, and antibiotics. If you can find chicken without any of those...it will cost more, but in the long term it will be worth it.

This depends on the condition. If you are LOSING hair, refer here:

Hair Loss Guide

If you have not been losing hair, but just have naturally thin straight hair...I've heard good things about this product from several colleagues:
