Yeah lol Im gonna do stronglifts with the dips and pull ups probably neither that or keep what im doing but find a squat program cuz its shit

Given your level I don't know if SL is very appropriate... The progression is very fast as I said in the other thread.

And as I also recommended, if you want to bring up your squat, do a squat focused programme.
