cool, thanks!

also, could you help me with something? i was wondering how i could add some extra cal to my daily intake..
my "diet" isn't very good.
i wake up around 06.00, and i usually shower for about 20 mins (

) so i'm not done on the bathroom untill it's about 06.30, so there's not much time in making a proper breakfast, so i just put a herbalife shake together, with a half banana, and some oat meal(i rly don't like that, as i get stomach ache of it i think)... at 07.00, i start driving to work (takes about 1 hr to get there, so i'm at work around 08.00). at 0900, i eat a banana, so i get some more energy until it's 11.00 when we got lunch. i usually eat two or three slices or bread, and a glass of milk. at 14.00 i eat a yogurt. i'm done at work at 15.30, and it takes 1 hr to get home again, so dinner is ready about 17.00.. i'm almost never eating after that, and if i do, it's mostly crap..
what could be nice adds to my meals? x) i don't have much time cooking, so..
i would like to change my breakfast at least, as i want a nice start on my day..

appreciate any help

Hello there.
First of all, get rid of that herbalife crap. It's a well known pyramid sceme, total scam company, that makes inferior products for incredibly high prices. Stay away from ANYTHING herbalife.
Secondly, as far as a decent meal plan for you to get more calories...try this:
Meal 1 - Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Natural protein shake (1.5 scoops) mixed with half water and half milk, 1 banana, handful of nuts.
Meal 2 - Power Crunch protein bar w/ 1 tbsp peanut butter
Meal 3 - (Lunch) - Whole grain sandwich w/ 4 oz turkey or 1 can of tuna + veggies + 1-2 oz of 2% cheese w/ size of raw veggies
Meal 4 - 1 cup greek yogurt (try Stonyfield Oikos Organic) w/ mixed nuts
Meal 5- (Dinner) - 4-6 oz lean meat (chicken/turkey/ham/lean beef) or 8 oz fish + 2 cups of whole grain pasta (cooked) + 2 cups of cooked green veggies.
