Hey

I was thinking about using BCAA, but i don't know which one i should take, and when to take it.. Do you know anything about this?

I don't want to use powder as i prefer pills

Try BCAA 1500 caps by Optimum Nutrition.

Take 2-3 pre workout, intra workout (every 45 minutes), and immediately after a workout. You can also take 2-3 before bedtime and upon waking.

As you can imagine, this gets pricey, and the powder is usually much cheaper.

cool, thanks! :)

also, could you help me with something? i was wondering how i could add some extra cal to my daily intake..

my "diet" isn't very good.

i wake up around 06.00, and i usually shower for about 20 mins ( ) so i'm not done on the bathroom untill it's about 06.30, so there's not much time in making a proper breakfast, so i just put a herbalife shake together, with a half banana, and some oat meal(i rly don't like that, as i get stomach ache of it i think)... at 07.00, i start driving to work (takes about 1 hr to get there, so i'm at work around 08.00). at 0900, i eat a banana, so i get some more energy until it's 11.00 when we got lunch. i usually eat two or three slices or bread, and a glass of milk. at 14.00 i eat a yogurt. i'm done at work at 15.30, and it takes 1 hr to get home again, so dinner is ready about 17.00.. i'm almost never eating after that, and if i do, it's mostly crap..

what could be nice adds to my meals? x) i don't have much time cooking, so..

i would like to change my breakfast at least, as i want a nice start on my day.. :) appreciate any help :)

Hello there.

First of all, get rid of that herbalife crap. It's a well known pyramid sceme, total scam company, that makes inferior products for incredibly high prices. Stay away from ANYTHING herbalife.

Secondly, as far as a decent meal plan for you to get more calories...try this:

Meal 1 - Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Natural protein shake (1.5 scoops) mixed with half water and half milk, 1 banana, handful of nuts.

Meal 2 - Power Crunch protein bar w/ 1 tbsp peanut butter

Meal 3 - (Lunch) - Whole grain sandwich w/ 4 oz turkey or 1 can of tuna + veggies + 1-2 oz of 2% cheese w/ size of raw veggies

Meal 4 - 1 cup greek yogurt (try Stonyfield Oikos Organic) w/ mixed nuts

Meal 5- (Dinner) - 4-6 oz lean meat (chicken/turkey/ham/lean beef) or 8 oz fish + 2 cups of whole grain pasta (cooked) + 2 cups of cooked green veggies.

Should I avoid coffe while cutting?
If not how should I make it? As in you know certain brands or the creamer or coffee I should use?

No! Coffee is perfect on cutting.

You can have coffee as long as you keep the calories and sugar to a minimum.

Try Stevia and a splash of heavy cream

what about the coffee part? Like right now I use folgers I think.
Stevia is the sugar replacement right?
Heavy cream is the cream.

Just wondering so when I go shopping tomorrow I know which to pick up.

Stevia is the sweetener, correct.
Heavy Cream is OPTIONAL, but yes, it acts as the cream. If you need fewer calories, or a dairy-free selection, try Almond Milk.

As far as brand of coffee goes, that depends on you. I personally use Organic Coffee (either Newman's, or local stuff). I would just stay away from anything with artificial colors/flavors and preservatives.

Hey question about these two products, are they realy equal or not?
http://www.gymnordic.com/supplements/aminocid/amino-xtend.html
http://www.gymnordic.com/supplements/during-workout/xtend.html

which one would u think is the best, / is the best xD and value for $$
i can get 4 x the 1st one for 107€ and 90 servings other one for 53€..
To be totally honest, I would simply avoid both of those, as they are very expensive for what they are and also contain a lot of artificial ingredients.

Instead, you should try plain BCAA powder, and mix it with juice or water. You can also try BCAA Capsules. Optimum Nutrition makes a good version of both of these.
i drink it during my workouts, i dont mind the artificial ingredients, as long as they are not overforced with them, as long as it doesnt make me fat drinking my xtend and a diet coke onc ea while im satisfied^^.. i currently use another one containing no glutamine but the rest and a artificial ingredient. tastes wonderful...
