I'd say atleast 2inches to high.

E: The crease of your hip should be under that red line for a white lighted squat in competition, so bit deeper which I think you should be able to hit pretty easy.

Definatly not parallel

Thing is - people squat these big numbers above parallel

And then we they try to break parallel they can't get back up lol

If ur gonna squat. ... Do it at least 90* or lower . I don't see the point in "maxing" out when ur not even reaching parallel

Yeah. There's a huge difference between 4" above parallel and parallel.

I stretch for about 15 mins before doing squats... And I get on a cardio machine for 5-10 to warm my joints up....
