the red shorts i was about 185 and the other 2 i am about 181.

i am cutting and plan to go into the 170s and then do a proper bulk for once in my life.. i hate my chest and i really want to focus on my legs and back next...

Typical upper back pic, I know. But, this was after shoulder day last week and I thought they looked absolutely ridiculous. Making my 18" arms look puny :( lmao

Thanks mayne. If anything has improved over the past year, it has been my rear delts fosho.

Anything you attribute it to? I always had good shoulders (dat daily OHP) but rears were way behind.

I see the cut is coming along nicely :)

Started working face pulls in more, kept the heavy bb presses, and started doing strict db press. I used to turn my hands in at like a 45 degree angle and I noticed that it was putting much more emphasis on my front delts and almost none on my rear. I used less weight but was able to recruit my rear delts more.

That and my mind muscle connection is on a whole new level after doing a hyp routine for 6 months.

The cut is not a cut but more of a recomp at this point. I stay between 220-225 but I notice myself getting leaner little by little. I need to do a legit cut, but haven't had the motivation to count shit lately.
