Started working face pulls in more, kept the heavy bb presses, and started doing strict db press. I used to turn my hands in at like a 45 degree angle and I noticed that it was putting much more emphasis on my front delts and almost none on my rear. I used less weight but was able to recruit my rear delts more.
That and my mind muscle connection is on a whole new level after doing a hyp routine for 6 months.
The cut is not a cut but more of a recomp at this point. I stay between 220-225 but I notice myself getting leaner little by little. I need to do a legit cut, but haven't had the motivation to count shit lately.
